No submission, revision to the registered information, replacement of abstracts nor withdrawal are accepted after the submission deadline.

- For JSAP members, your JSAP ID and Password are required for membership verification.
- For JSAP's Partner Society members, please create an account first.
- Speakers of contributed presentation should be JSAP Official Members, Student Members, JSAP Sub Members (members belonging only to divisions) and JSAP's Partner Societies Members. Non-member should apply for JSAP membership first.
- If you haven't received an email after creating an account or submitting abstracts, your registered email may be invalid or incorrect.
